Hotels & Venues:

AVA work closely with hotel and venue teams.   We ensure clients use in-house facilities to best advantage.  AVA then provide the staff and equipment necessary to interface with the in-house facilities.  This usually results in cost savings in terms of the requirements for additional equipment and staff.  This is relevant when planning the time required for setup and derig and where room layouts need to be changed during an event.

 

Equipment Hire:

AVA have an extensive stock of audio visual equipment – sound, projection, screens, staging, backdrops, lighting, display panels, graphics, video and audio recording / streaming.   We are authorised partners for leading companies including Anchor Audio, Atomos, Panasonic, Extron and Shure.

We regularly update our equipment and systems to ensure most efficient set up and derig of equipment, often making savings on the cost of venue hire pre and post events.
